How much do custom hotel hats cost?
Custom embroidered hats cost from $14.00 per hat at the 25-piece minimum, down to $4.00 per hat at 2,500 or more, depending on style and quantity. A one-time embroidery digitization fee applies per logo — $125 on the smallest orders, falling to free at 1,000 hats — and shipping is quoted separately. Every number on this page is our current rate card; your final quote confirms it.

Minimum 25 hats per style, per color, per size. Each color and each size is its own 25-piece line. Lines never combine toward a tier. Same price for all sizes.

Digitization converts your logo into a stitch file the embroidery machines can run. It is charged once per unique logo per order, based on the total number of hats in the order, so one logo across three styles and two colors carries one fee. A second distinct logo carries its own fee.

What the price includes
The hat in your custom color, embroidery of your approved logo in one position, a digital mockup and a physically stitched sample for approval, and packing for shipment. Shipping, duties and taxes are quoted separately.
What changes the price
Quantity per line (the biggest factor), style, and the number of distinct logos. Size and logo size within the 5 × 2.25-inch maximum do not change the per-hat price.
Frequently asked questions
Do sizes or colors combine to reach a lower price tier?
No. Each style-color-size combination is its own line, with its own 25-piece minimum, and is priced by its own quantity.
Is the embroidery fee charged per hat?
No. It is a flat, one-time digitization fee per logo per order — $125 to $50 depending on order size, and free at 1,000 hats or more.
Is shipping included?
No. Shipping is quoted separately with your final quote, worldwide. Duties and taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Are these prices guaranteed?
They are our current rate card and are confirmed in your final quote. Estimates from the configurator are not binding until you approve the sample and receive an invoice.
When do I pay?
After you approve the stitched sample we issue an invoice; a 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due before shipping. Nothing is charged before sample approval.
