Your logo on the Aero
Your logo is embroidered, not printed, up to 5 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall, and can be placed virtually anywhere on the Aero — front, side, back or brim. One digitization fee covers the same logo across every style, color and size in your order.

What is the minimum order for the Aero?
25 hats per color, per size. Each color and each size is its own 25-piece line — 25 navy adult and 25 navy kids are two lines of 25, each priced at the 25–49 tier.
How long does a Aero order take?
About 4 weeks of production after you approve the stitched sample, plus shipping. The 4 weeks is an estimate; your confirmed schedule comes with the final quote.
Can I see a sample before I order 25?
Yes. Order a paid sample, blank or embroidered with your logo, and the full sample cost is credited against your first order.
Is the Aero suitable for staff uniforms?
Yes. Many properties order it for activity, fitness and outdoor staff in a single brand color with the logo front-center, and a second color for guests in the shop. Each color is its own 25-piece line.
How does embroidery hold on a performance fabric?
We digitize the logo specifically for the Aero's fabric and stitch a sample for you to approve before production, so you see exactly how it sits on the finished cap.
